1. Admission Processing Time:
When you submit your application, it enters a review stage where our Admissions Department takes action. Expect a brief wait – this can take 2-3 working days. Once we give your application the green light, we’ll send you (if applicable) the login credentials to our Online Student Portal.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Eligible Applicants:
A quick heads-up: we don’t offer refunds for payments made over 24 hours ago. Decided to cancel? Let us know right away, ideally within that 24-hour window post-payment.
b. Ineligible Applicants:
Verify your eligibility before diving in. Our team diligently checks your submitted documents, and this could take up to 3 working days. If it turns out you’re not eligible, we will refund your fee, minus any deductions by banks or the payment processors.
3. Accreditation:
Here at the Academy for International Modern Studies (AIMS), we hold the torch high for professional development and proudly issue certificates. Alas, we don’t confer degrees directly. Instead, we join forces with illustrious global partners for Master’s and Doctorate Degrees. 4. Deciphering Fees for Certification and Degrees:
a. For Certificates and Master Diplomas:
The tab you pick up covers the soft copy of your certificate. Fancy a hard copy? That’ll be extra for the print and the postal service.
b. For Master’s and Doctorate Programs:
These degrees are conferred by our global partners. Upon your triumphant finish, an additional fee is required for the Degree Package. Should you wish to add Apostille or Embassy Legalization to dot the I’s and cross the T’s on your degree, we’ll discuss the extra charges then.
Quick note: Here at AIMS, we’re authorized to award Professional Certificates and Master Diplomas. But regarding MBA and Ph.D. degrees, the credit goes to our allies including the European International University (EIU) and the University of America (UA). AIMS plays the role of a mentor for these degree programs, facilitating communication with our partners issuing your degree. We do not, however, cast promises or make claims on behalf of our partners.
5. Extension and Re-Examination Fee:
If a student can’t complete the program within the registration validity period, the Extension Fee is payable as per policy. If a student couldn’t pass the examination, a re-examination fee is also payable for each attempt.

All restrictions and permissions as noted below apply to this Academy for International Modern Studies (AIMS) owned and operated website.

All content of this site is copyrighted by the Academy for International Modern Studies (all rights reserved) under international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, printed, distributed, retransmitted, copied, modified, displayed, published, sold, or used to create derivative work except as noted below (Limited Copying and Permissions).
b. Limited Copying:
An individual may print content from this site solely for his or her personal use (not for commercial use). No editing or deletion of content (including proprietary notices) may be made. c. Permissions:

f. Licensing of Grid Partners:
AIMS licenses carefully selected AIMS Partner representatives to market, distribute and provide AIMS materials, seminars, products, and services. Use of AIMS trademarks and copyrights by its AIMS Partners is licensed solely to these representatives and may not be used by any other individual or organization. AIMS, to protect this licensing and intellectual property, will pursue unauthorized use of its intellectual property to the full extent of copyright and trademark laws. AIMS materials can be purchased from a licensed AIMS Partner for in-house organization use delivered by AIMS’ Partner or an organization’s own internally certified AIMS seminar manager(s).
