Semester I

This course introduces the principles, structures, and strategic role of supply chain and logistics management. It examines how organizations design and manage global supply chains to improve customer service, operational performance, and alignment with business strategy.

Semester II

This course examines the technologies, information systems, and collaborative practices used to improve supply chain visibility, coordination, service, and decision-making. Students explore how digital tools, partner relationships, analytics, automation, and AI support more integrated, responsive, and sustainable supply chain operations.

The supervised Real-World Supply Chain Project enables students to apply the knowledge and skills developed throughout the Supply Chain Management Diploma to a practical business scenario. Using structured analysis and relevant SCOR concepts, students evaluate supply chain processes and develop a practical design or improvement model.
